Eight Glyconutrients–They Want To Speak With You!
Proper communication between the many cells of your body is necessary for good health. Communication between cells utilizes eight simple and specific sugars called glyconutrients. Glyco is a Greek word that means “sweet.” A glyconutrinent is a “sweet nutrient,” scientifically classified as a monosaccharide— a simple sugar. Don’t confuse the term “sweet” or “sugar” with the white table sugar that is bad for your health! The only thing sweet about glyconutrients are their incredible health benefits.

These monosaccharides are not digested and burned as fuel the way most sugars are used. The glyconutrients are involved in a remarkable array of biological functions that help control everything from individual cell structure and function to cell-to-cell communication and protection.

The cells use these eight glyconutrients in a way similar to how humans rely on the letters of the alphabet to communicate. If only a few of the letters of the alphabet were removed, communication would be significantly impaired. With the glyconutrients, the entire cellular alphabet has only eight letters. If only one or two letters are missing, cellular communication is seriously impaired. These simple sugars are so important to proper bodily functioning that the body will actually start to make the needed sugars itself. This process is both taxing and subject to error. It is far easier to simply add a glyconutrinent supplement to your diet.

When cellular communication breaks down, the cells of the immune system can no longer recognize the “good” cells from the “bad” invaders and therefore can’t heal, correct, defend or protect the healthy cells. Sometimes, because of the lack of cellular communication, the confused immune system attacks healthy cells instead of harmful invaders. This results in autoimmune diseases.

Unfortunately, today only two of these eight essential miracle sugars are readily available from the foods we eat. No other combination of any nutrients can substitute or replace them.

You cannot readily obtain all eight glyconutrients from diet alone. Some of these reasons include:

* Green harvesting– Nutrients are not fully developed.
* Processed foods lose many, if not most, of their nutrients.
* Preservatives kill the nutrients.
* Depletion of essential nutrients in the soil.

These eight glyconutrients are the missing links in restoring and maintaining good health and perform functions that no vitamin, mineral, amino acid or herbal remedy can do. Taking a glyconutrinent supplement that includes all eight of these essential sugars is just as important as your daily vitamins. A glyconutrinent supplement compliments all of the healthy choices in foods and enhances what you are doing in order to achieve and maintain better health.
