Glyconutrients How To Take
Supplements for rheumatoid arthritis? How many?
I am going to try a lot of different supplements for my rheumatoid arthritis, along with the fact I have stopped smoking and am changing my diet to only foods like fruit, veg, chicken, oily fish and nuts and seeds. Also, I am going to buy a yoga dvd and begin doing exercises that jarr my joints less. I was wondering if any one out there knows whether I should take all the supplements at once, or just go through them one at a time, try each for a few months etc. I am going to take glucosamine and chondroitin anyway, along with a good multi vitamin. Then add more….but should I add them all at once? I am thinking of supplements such as devils claw, snow lotus, glyconutrients etc.
My best recommendation whenever you are taking any new supplements are to add one at a time to your daily regiment, mostly to see how your body responds to it. The main reason is because if you have an adverse reaction to one of them, you’ll have no idea which one it is if you started taking several products all at once.
I learned the hard way, but what I do now is to add one new product each week… that way, if you have a reaction, you’ll know pretty quickly which supplement it was that you had the reaction to.
Good luck!
