Can i take herbal supplements while pregnant?

I was taking some herbal pills before i found out i was pregnant theyre some pills against the flu called immuno start colostrum and Glyconutrients Supplement the ingridients are: colostrum (bovine premilk 150mg, beta- 1,3 1,6 glucans 20mg , lactoferrin (from milk) 10mg , modified citrus pectin 10mg also has glucose, natural flavors, vegetable stearic acid, malic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, the guy (herbal dr) that sold them to me says its ok since its natural should i take them im almost 7 weeks i want to take them because im dont trust the flu shot and theyre really good and im starting to have a sore throat thank you

I think they should be ok. Nothing you listed really stands out to me as bad for you or the baby. But to be on the safe side, you should call your OBGYN and make sure it’s safe for the baby. A lot of medicines and herbal supplements cross the placenta and get into the baby’s blood stream, as well as your own. Just because it’s “natural” doesn’t mean it’s safe during pregnancy.
