Glucose Syrup Production

How many parts of gluten to the million would be safe for a Celiac to consume without doing damage.?
My son’s favourite treat, Pascal Marshmallows have just shifted production to a country that uses wheat based glucose syrup and wheat starch tested at 5 parts gluten in a million. Can he still eat them? He maybe has 2 at a time, about 4 times a week as a treat and I don’t want to have to cut yet another thing from his diet if I don’t have to.
5 ppm is ok. The recommended top level is 20 ppm. As long as he doesn’t go overboard, eating the marsh mellows as an occasional treat should be ok.
