Elevated Blood Glucose After Exercise

Diabetes question?
I have been having many signs of diabetes. After I eat something(even something without alot of carbs), I get dry mouth, more urination, tingling in feet, sometimes so tired I am afraid I might pass out etc….I went to get my blood work done and my fasting glucose was 75….I asked why am I getting these signs of high blood sugar and they said it might be in my head or everyone gets symptoms like that.
Not sure what is going on. I pee alot even if I don’t drink liquids yet my kidney and liver functions were normal. I feel tired alot but my echo was normal, my blood count, my thyroid, all normal. The only thing was my LDL was elevated to 149 when it should be 130.(total cholesterol with HDL and LDL was 209). I do exercise twice a day 4 or 5 days a week so that might have improved things so why am I getting symptoms of high blood sugar, thyroid problems etc….when everything is normal. Could it be anxiety? I do suffer from that.
Ask your doctor for a glucose tolerance test. Some people have normal glucose when fasting, but it goes too high after meals.
Also ask for an HbA1c test. Between these two tests, if you have diabetes, they should be able to tell.
You certainly have some of the symptoms of diabetes.
You might also want to look into sleep apnea.
Anxiety can cause psychosomatic symptoms, but until you have the two tests mentioned above, I would not rule out diabetes.
I have type 2 and my doctor missed the diagnoses when she did a random blood glucose test a couple of times and even the fasting test missed it.
However, when she did the HbA1c she found that my blood sugar was sky high, and the next fasting test confirmed it.
You can get a false negative, that happened to me and it could have happened to you.
