Diabetic Cat?

Recent blood tests have shown my cat to have raised glucose levels. I would like help, or advise on things like diet change to help either prolong or prevent her from develping diabeties. I am diabetic myself, and the vet said, I could keep an eye on her glucose levels myself by testing her with my glucose tester. However I am finding it difficult to draw enough blood, where is the best place to do this? Any help would be much appretiated, I just want to do what I can to help her.

I would HIGHLY recommend a Raw diet for your cat. Many Many cats have been “cured” of thier diabetes once they were fed a species appropriate diet. It’s a good place to start!
