What is the normal range of a blood glucose test for a female adult?

I was recently diagnosed with low blood sugar, my doctor wants to try a change in diet. I was wondering if diet change dont work, what medication do they usually put you on?

normal bs depending on what books u read vary 60-100 in some books 70-120 in others that is before u eat for low bs they dont give meds they just adjust ur diet mostly ..the more active u are the more energy/sugar u burn off and your bs lvl will be lower so before doing exercise or going out on a jog u want to eat more to keep ur bs lvl up
