1. Probably has hypercalcemia due to some unclear cause.
2. The patient has cushing’s disease or cushing’s syndrome. Caused by either adrenal hyperplasia causing elevated cortisol levels, or an ACTH secreting tumor, typically by a pituitary tumor, which causes elevated cortisol levels.
3. Hypoglycemia. Probably overcorrected her glucose and it got too low. She had a hypoglycemic event.
