Glucose Biscuits
My Glucose values – normal?
I know you should have your glucose numbers in a certain range. I know mine are not high, but there are so many different tests and such, I’m not sure if they are normal. I tested myself a few times today to see how my body reacts to food. No, this is not how I would normally eat… I just wanted to see.
10/15/07 – 7:45pm – ate 1/2 pc. pizza and corn on the cob
8:15pm – value was 134
10/16/07 – 6:26am – no food (12 hours) – value was 107
7:00am – ate 1 biscuit
9:45am – value was 107 (I think)
10:09am – ate 2 Reeses cups and cup of coffee
10:37am – value was 141
12:00pm – value was 127
Like I said, I think my levels are ok, but I wanted to check.

186 pounds
I am not sure your age and size but normally you should be somewhere from 100-140 so you are doing quite well. …. according to the stats you are great keep it up.
