Do glyconutrients work for Chronic Fatigue/ME?

Ive just read in one of the questions on here, one person stating in there answer that there partner used glyconutrients and it was a life saver. Im just wondering if anyone with a illness similar to above has tried this or if anyone can share any information on what glyconutrients are and where I can get them?
