You should just eat a regular lunch with not too many carbs. The rice you ate last night has already been used by your body and will not affect your test. If you do have gestational diabetes wouldn’t you want to know so that you can be treated. If you don’t it can harm you and the baby. If you do have gestational diabetes it wont really matter what you eat today anyway because the test is reliable, no matter what you ate today. You see, you will drink the juice they give you, and if in 1 hour your blood sugar is high you will need to do the 3 hour test. Your blood sugar is based on that drink, not what you ate earlier because it only takes 2 hours after you eat for your blood sugar to return to normal. Good luck with the test, I hope you pass!
