Fructose free cooking & where to get other sugars from?

I have just discovered i’m sensitive to fructose and therefore sucrose (plain white sugar/brown sugar). I’m also sensitive to other foods, and cutting out refined sugar really sucks, i can’t eat anything sweet. i can’t have commercially made lollies due to the colours i’m sensitive to, and only eat what i cook myself at home. i can’t have raw sugar.

Anyone know how to bake with glucose or something, and where i can get some from… i would really love to make some biscuits.

PS. i know i need to see a dietitian, please don’t tell me this!!

Splenda is sucralose…check with the splenda company to see if that is very closely related to sucrose.

Some fruits are allowed and those would add sweetness..you could try liquifying them in blender and using in place of water.
I notice it doesn’t disallow any veggies…squash/pumpkin is sweet…lentils (a type of bean) are sweet…you could try liquifying them and using them for the water in recipes. It would give a coloring to say cookies or biscuits but lend a little bit of sweetness.
