Very strange results with glucose test?

So I went to the doctor last week and they tested my sugar. It was 222 in the office. They sent me for a 3 hour fasting glucose screen the next day. I just got the results back and they came back normal.. saying that I do not have gestational diabetes. Anyone know why my sugar would have been so high in the office if there isn’t anything wrong with me? Anyone else had this happen before? Oh, btw I am 24 weeks and this is my first pregnancy. Thanks ahead of time for taking the time to read/answer!
Lol before I went in for my doctors appt (the one I got the 222 reading) I had a bowl of frosted mini wheats and half a lemon bar (I know.. healthy breakfast huh) So I guess that could explain it being high, but I have never been that high. As for other symptoms.. I am constantly thirsty… so that kind of worried me a bit.

You might have just had a weird day. They did the same with me but instead of going for the three hour test (I have two small kids that won’t sit for that) they sent me home with a glucose machine and I have to test myself 4 times a day. Usually it’s normal but once in a while I’ll have a really low reading or sometimes a really high reading and there could be nothing wrong with me. Maybe you ain’t something that made your sugar shoot up. If the three hour came back fine don’t worry about it
