Glucose screening?

Ok well i went in for my glucose screening and they said my level was high so i have to do the glucose tolerance test i guess the 3 hour one. is it possible because i drank some raspberry tea which was sweet about 30 mins before i went to take my screening that it is the reason why it was high? and has anyone failed the screening and passed the tolerance test? what is the normal level for glucose screening. My pregnancy book says below 140 mine was 141 the doctor said for a pregnant woman it is 135 and for a non pregnant adult is 140 why is it different and is that true?

with my first pregnancy my 1 hour GTT was 144 when the cut off was 140 and had to take the 4 hour test and which i passed….i’m currentally 37 weeks pregnant with #2 and when i took the first one i was 151 so had to take the 4 hour again and passed it again…..so dont be so worried you will most likely pass the 4 hour…its just sucks sitting in that doctors office the whole time
