What Is Glucose Anabolism
Catabolism or Anabolism biology question?
What biological process involves building up complex substances from simple substances? EX: photosynthesis: plants take in water, carbon dioxide, and sunlight to produce glucose
Would this be an example of catabolism or anabolism?
Biological processes creating larger substances from smaller ones are known as anabolism. An example would be protein synthesis. In this case, cells gather amino acids and create proteins based on the nucleus’ instructions and the body’s needs.
