Is Corn Syrup also known as Liquid Glucose?

May sound stupid but iwant to make modeling chocolate and it requires corn syrup not sure what it is, where in Australia can you buy it?

Here in America at the mills where the starch from the corn in processed into sweeteners . The first run of liquid is referred to as glucose and or dextrose . Now I will ask is this liquid glucose in your store a very thick almost clear liquid ? If it is , then most likely it is the clear corn syrup and they are just using the processing name for the corn sugar .
You see not knowing how it is marketed in Australia does make it difficult . When I visited there some years ago , I did see that your grocers were well stocked . Check the baking and the cereal isles . Here it is often found in the isles with the pancake and breakfast syrup .
